She then worked closely with Usha Anandi to lead our 100hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training as well as studying Sally Parkes Yoga and Uma Dinsmore Tuli to gain over RPYT200 in Pregnancy, Post-natal, Fertility, Parent and Baby and Menopause Yoga.

Every season, you’ll receive a pre-recorded yoga class from Jyanti to avoid exhaustion and depletion and nourish and rejuvenate yourself by aligning your practice with the season. 
Nutrition for women tailored to the seasons by Staraya Mckinstry, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner
Staraya’s initial exploration into yoga was at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Heath, where she acquired her 200 RYT. She then furthered her studies at Kripalu in order to obtain her 500 RYT, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and Ayurvedic Counselor Certifications. In order to deepen her knowledge, Staraya attended the world-renowned Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM under the guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad, Maria Garre, Nomi Gallo and Jennifer Ayres, where she earned her Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Certification.
