As the Founder of Womben Wellness and Lead Facilitator of Wise Womban Way, Usha shares her wisdom gained from studying and teaching Ayurveda, Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Somatic Work to over 10,000 women in the last decade.

Yoga for the Seasons with Jeanie Jyanti 
Jeanie Jyanti studied and trained under the joyous Yogrishi Vishvketu PhD of Akhanda Yoga in Rishikesh, India and has over 700hrs RYT. She then worked closely with Usha Anandi to lead our 100hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training as well as studying Sally Parkes Yoga and Uma Dinsmore Tuli to gain over RPYT200 in Pregnancy, Post-natal, Fertility, Parent and Baby and Menopause Yoga.
LEARN FROM JYANTI
Every season, you’ll receive a pre-recorded yoga class from Jyanti to avoid exhaustion and depletion and nourish and rejuvenate yourself by aligning your practice with the season. 
Nutrition for women tailored to the seasons by Staraya Mckinstry, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner
Staraya’s initial exploration into yoga was at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Heath, where she acquired her 200 RYT. She then furthered her studies at Kripalu in order to obtain her 500 RYT, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and Ayurvedic Counselor Certifications. In order to deepen her knowledge, Staraya attended the world-renowned Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM under the guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad, Maria Garre, Nomi Gallo and Jennifer Ayres, where she earned her Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Certification.

Medicine Makingaking with Dr. Varalakshmi - Vaidya - Lineage practitioner of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Doctor
As an Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) and lineage practitioner of Ayurveda, Dr. Varalakshmi shares her vast and comprehensive knowledge of women’s health from an Ayurvedic perspective. Over the past 11 years, she’s worked with many women suffering from chronic digestive and hormonal ailments, helping them heal by adapting Ayurvedic principles and practices to their lives.
